Butter Consistency
Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Avoid extreme temperature changes. The butter will soften or liquify when exposed to high temperatures. If there is oil separation, stir and let cool to cream form. Refrigeration is not needed but can be used. In cold temperatures, the butter will become more firm, but will melt upon contact with your natural body heat.
